Missing a camera? Firefox and Zen keep the camera you first chose with the permission. Click the camera icon in the address bar, remove this site's camera permission, then Start camera again and pick it in the browser's own prompt. Only one app can use an iPhone camera at a time, so quit Photo Booth or FaceTime first.
